I purchased a Sony tv there in 2003. All went well with that purchase. However, when I called for service they charged $85 to come out and tell me that I would have to bring it in to the shop to get it fixed. This TV is too big and bulky for my van so they offered to pick it up and return it for $300 plus the repairs. I searched the internet for repairs due to the beep code I was getting and found that It could be repaired by soldering two diodes to one of the circuit boards. I called another local repair facility that came out and repaired it onsite for $120 and $29 in parts. I will not recommend nor purchase another TV from them even though I am currently looking for a new TV. Seems to me they want to sell but not service the televisions they offer.

I bought my Television here and the staff was very helpful. They had some of the newest electronics products. The TV's were price very reasonable and the staff was very knowledgeable. They also had a repair service in the back and I asked about the rates and was impressed with them.

We purchased our big screen TV there because we knew we would always have good customer service if anything went wrong. They also brought it to our house, set it up and made sure everything was working correctly before they left. They have always answered questions called in to them as well.
