The Hampton Hotel Group, a global mid-price hotel known for offering travelers the distinctive Hamptonality service today, has announced the opening of its new hotel in Decatur, Illinois. Hampton Hotel Company, Inc., based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, announced that as part of its expansion into the Midwest and Midwest, it has three industrial properties totaling over 2,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space located in Galesburg and Decature, Ill., Illinois. The Decator property is a former BorgWarner facility at the intersection of State Street and South Main Street in the heart of downtown Chicago. Decaterra was the original home of the Chicago Bears for just one year (1919-1920) and is the site of one of Chicago's oldest and most famous sports stadiums.

This tradition began in the 1930s, when the W.B. McCloud Company added the name Decaterra, a nod to the original name of the city of Decatur, Illinois. However, there have been some name changes, including the addition of a new name, the Decator Hotel, and finally the Hampton Hotel Group in 2009.

Since the mid-century, Decatur has had a long history with works by artists such as Robert E. Howard, Frank Lloyd Wright, and John F. Kennedy.

Decatur was founded in 1829 and has enjoyed booming growth for much of its history. Between 1900 and 1920, for example, the population more than doubled, and it ranks third among emerging-market cities in terms of population growth. The city is beautiful, with beautiful buildings around Lincoln Square, tree-lined streets and a lively downtown. In 1896, the Transfer House was built in downtown Illinois, a picture-perfect building that would serve as the home of the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Illinois State Police.

Decatur is located on the banks of the Mississippi River, just a few blocks from Lincoln Square. Built in 1829 from locally harvested logs, this sturdy building has been preserved as a museum where visitors can experience the spirit of Abraham Lincoln in his final years. It houses books, manuscripts, papers, artifacts and ephemera related to the life and times of President Lincoln and his family and other important figures.

The city was the original home of the Chicago Bears, and Lincoln delivered his first political speech in Decatur. From my apartment window, I could look across the street to the Illinois Republican Convention, where delegates gathered to mention Lincoln first and nominate him for the presidency of this great nation. To this end, we took a Saturday afternoon at Carnegie Hall, the center of civic life that Andrew Carnegie donated. At 21, Lincoln gave his first political speech, "Decatur," in which he spoke about the importance of the "Sangamon River."

St. Louis is also within a few hours drive and is home to a number of great museums, including the Illinois Museum of Natural History. There are also many fun activities for children, including a children's museum that children love, as well as a museum for adults.

Decaturs Zion Mountain is located just a few miles north of downtown Decatur, at the intersection of South Main Street and South Washington Street. You could go to Springfield to experience historic Lincoln Square, but you could also go down to St. Louis and then go downtown to experience an important part of Lincoln's life. We sent an official guide to Decator this spring to design the city library, so turn west on the driveway, turn east and head downtown.

It's a 30-45 minute drive, but the three highest ranked hospitals in Illinois are all within a few miles of Decatur, at the University of Illinois at Urbana - Champaign, Illinois State University and Illinois Memorial Hospital.

McCloud Services was founded in 1904 by William Bailey McCloud of the W.B. McCloud Company, based in Chicago, Illinois. It was founded in Decatur as a joint venture between the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Illinois State University.

In 2002, he became the first Democrat to be elected governor in 30 years, having previously served in the Democratic Party from 1997 to 2004. He was a former attorney and helped Macon County residents with their legal issues and the city of Decatur. He was previously a member of the Illinois House of Representatives from the Chicago area and a member of the US Senate in 2002.

He lived and worked in the coal mines in Decatur, Illinois, where he worked in a coal mine, before moving to his current job as an attorney in Macon County, Illinois, and the state of Illinois. He lives and works at the Coal Mining Museum in St. Louis, Missouri, after moving from his former home in Chicago, IL.

After reaching the Decatur bypass, Whitacre met with his FBI chief at the St. Louis County courthouse. He spent Friday evenings at junior high school before the CVJM, and the park trails in the area were so much fun.
