Zach teaches marching music at SHS and is the leader of the annual pit orchestra, and has also taught marching music for the Decatur High School Marching and Orchestra. He plays keyboards, background vocals in a pop / funk band from the northern suburbs of Chicago and performs as a soloist in his own band, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Band. He has also positively influenced the lives of students and staff at LHS and other schools in the district through his volunteer work.
